    Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of product receipt. Beyond this period, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

    Should you change your mind within 24 hours of placing an order, a direct refund will be processed.

    Orders are processed only 24 hours after placement, allowing time for adjustments and changes. Once processed, refunds for changes of mind will require the product to be delivered, received, and returned to the address specified.

    To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping expenses will be your responsibility and the provided address must be adhered to.

    To initiate a return, verification through your order number or email address is required.

    For validation, either confirm package receipt at the return address provided or share evidence of return. In the former case, ensure the shipment is not sent to the manufacturer's address. The latter case accepts postal receipts or shipping tickets as proof.

    Return validation may require waiting until receipt, followed by inspection for refunds.

    If you claim an item arrived damaged but decline to provide an image, sending the item for inspection may be requested.

    Upon inspection, refunds are issued. If an item is in good condition, images or videos will be shared before refusing a refund.

    This thorough process stems from past experiences with dishonest claims. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you of our dedication to fair returns and refunds.

    All refunds entail a 2% processing fee per order to cover payment platforms and processors.

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a confirmation email is sent. Approval or rejection of your refund request will also be communicated.

    Approved refunds will be processed, automatically applying to your original payment method within a timeframe we'll notify you of.

    For delayed or missing refunds, check your bank account before contacting your credit card issuer, followed by your bank.

    If a refund is still elusive, please send us an email, providing confirmation of the aforementioned steps. Our customer service will verify the database for resolution.

    Discounted items are refunded based on their discounted price. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items, and gift returns receive gift credit matching the return value.

    Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
